As a data facilitation service, our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or requirements (including certain other requirements) may apply. Yoomroo offers a various data facilitation solutions, including structured data, factual information, comparison, processing, visualization and other data services in respect of various products and services for the information of consumers and businesses. Yoomroo also provides tools and information solutions that you can use to provide services or offer as part of your services. You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law and regulations. If we are investigating suspected misconduct, we may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services. Our Services display some content from vendors, third-parties or other providers that is not Yoomroo’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do. In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

Some of our Services are available on mobile devices which may include related products and services such as petrol prices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.

We do not provide information on all available products, providers or services so please appreciate that there may be other options available to you than the products, providers or services covered by our service. You should consider seeking independent advice and consider your own personal circumstances when using our services and comparing products. We don’t directly provide any financial advice or products other than technological solutions that you can use for various purposes. To provide you with comparisons, factual information or calculation results we may need to collect some basic information about you such as your age, gender and occupation. Although our Services allow you to use the structured data to compare products and services of different vendors and providers, we do not assess if a particular product is suitable for you or whether you are eligible. We don’t set prices for any products or services which are not owned by us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoomroo disclaims all liability to any person in relation to use of the website, and you waive all claims against Yoomroo in relation to your use of the website. Yoomroo accepts no liability for any interference with or damage to a user's computer, software or data occurring in connection with or relating to the website or its use or any website linked to this website, and does not represent or warrant that applications initiated through the website will in fact be received or made to the intended recipient. Users are advised to confirm the application by other means. Yoomroo reserves the right to immediately effect changes to the Terms of Use by posting amended Terms of Use on its Website with or without further notice. These Terms of Use should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy to find out how we use the information that you provide to us. Your use of the Website is at all times subject to the provisions of our privacy policy.

Third party Listings

As part of our services, we list products and services from third-party providers and vendors by collecting publicly available information from these parties and organising this content into structured data for searchability. We make no reference to any recommendations, brand, customer service, suitability of information in the listing of products, and the system processes, sorts, orders and lists them on their numerical merits.

We endeavor to ensure that the information provided on the website, generally, and specifically as the result of a search undertaken by a customer using the Service, is accurate, but this can’t be guaranteed. Yoomroo does not warrant that such information is fully accurate or complete at any given time. The information used by our system is either supplied by third parties or collected automatically by our system from third parties. Whilst we take reasonable steps to make sure that the information is accurate at the time of publication, the information displayed may not be accurate or up to date at a particular time due to the process of updating/correcting/syncing the information to reflect actual changes by the third parties. As stated in Terms of Use, the information on products and services provided does not include all products, services or other offerings available in the market at a given time. There might be a better deal around not included in our system (yet). We endeavour to include as many products in the market as we reasonably can, and rely on public and merchants/providers to suggest products. We are a factual data facilitation company, not a broker or financial service, and we don't set any prices or choose favourites. The metasearch results are generated (mostly automatically) according to the search criteria and may include products from different product categories, and in some cases not suitable for pairwise comparison. We invite the public to suggest better deals/products around and we encourage merchants/providers to apply for free product/listing inclusion/correction to help consumers make informed choices. Any misleading information can be reported to us for manual review. Some merchants may pay us a commission or fees for custom revision or manual checking of their listings, but we don't exclude or invisibilize those who don't.

Unlike many other comparison websites, we accept product and service submissions from any service/product vendors/providers for free as long as they are registered and operating legally and in compliance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and offer comparable/related services/products. The service, information, and material on this website is for information purposes only and is provided to you to help you make an informed choice when selecting services and products from third parties. It does not take into account your individual circumstances and is not an adviser/recommendation service in any form or manner whatsoever. Any dated information is published as of its date only, and Yoomroo does not undertake any obligation or responsibility to update or amend any such information. The search and filter criteria you select and other information you input when using the Service may affect the way the data, products and services are displayed and listed. If you do not select search criteria relevant to you or your circumstances or if you provide inaccurate information or you omit to provide relevant information when using the Service, the information displayed when may be less suitable, accurate, comprehensive, inclusive. We believe there is no one-size-fits-all listing order or ranking system so we provide you with a range of self-select, re-order and compare filters and input options. The default ordering may not be suitable for your needs, so please don't interpret the order in which products and services appear on our Site as any endorsement or recommendation from us. We're happy to provide you with the tools and services that help you make better decisions, but we suggest that you make your own judgement and compare and assess products and services based on your own preferences, circumstances and needs. Different categories of products listed on our website are selected based on different criteria by default, including a number of features including but not limited to: inclusions, benefits, price, duration, features and other numerical merits that make them useful for the consumers.

Important Information and Disclosure

Yoomroo may enter into commercial arrangements with third party service and product providers in each category and list promoted products, services and posts. We may receive a commission, referral fee or payment from the provider or vendor as part of their referral programs when you use “Go to ...”, “View ...”, “Visit …” or similar “call to action” type links to be redirected to the provider/vendor’s website. This can take the form of a cost per click, cost per sale, cost per call or cost per call back. The results on the listing are based on numerical merits (e.g., if listed by lowest price, all products are listed by their price) and are not altered or moved due to commercial relationships that we may or may not have with the provider. For offers, coupons, deals and discounts, we endeavour to ensure that the promotional information is current and correct at the time of publication, but providers may at their discretion restrict offers, apply additional terms or only have limited quantities available. No matter whether we have commercial relationship or not, we don't exclude or invisibilize those with who we don't. We encourage you to use the tools and services we provide to compare your options and make your own judgement on what is the best option for you.
